Service Description                                                                        Cost    

• Full day program / Respite                                                                  $75.00 + HST

• Half day program / Respite                                                                 $45.00 + HST

• Month - full day Monday - Friday  9:00am -4:00 pm                    $1,275.00 + HST

• Home Management Training                                                             $25.00 per hour +     (1:1 at participants home)

• Workshops (day/evening cost depends on the number of sessions)

• Transition Services (varies depending on supports required)

• Passport Administration 10% of monthly submission (includes HST)
