Hours of Operation:

• Day Program and Respite Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

• Outreach: Home Management is by appointment weekdays between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.  Suspended until further notice due to Covid-19.

Supports and training programs are fee for service. Most participants use Passport funding to purchase services.

Notes:

* We DO NOT supply meals or transportation to and from the program. 

** Please note this is a scent free environment due to severe sensitivities and allergies.
