TRANSITIONS CANADA is currently operated by founder and organizer, Rose Quong. She is highly experienced in providing supports and services to people that have a variety of developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

TRANSITIONS CANADA was created in 2017, after 37 years of experience working in the human service field.  During this time, Rose worked within various community agency day programs, the education system, residential services, and supported living. She provided services using Applied Behaviour Analysis, Person-Centred Planning, Positive Systems Approach, and Gentle Teaching methods. Rose is additionally a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist.

Rose believes that providing support is a collaborative effort, requiring both the participant and their family members. This process involves reviewing individual interests, goals, abilities, strengths, and needs.  Rose takes pride in the quality of her services and strives to continuously make positive changes.
