TRANSITIONS CANADA is a private enterprise supporting people that have a developmental / learning disability so they have greater quality of life  and opportunity to interact and live as independently as possible within their community.

We provide life skill training, transition services, social and leisure activities, and respite.

We are always looking for ways to include the community in our programs and invite its members to share their knowledge, skills and hobbies with us.
